FAST DCMS keeps all participants on a project team up to date, with the most recent project information at their fingertips at all times.  FAST DCMS improves productivity, cuts costs and reduces document confusion and project risk. Developed in collaboration with customers, FAST DCMS has been designed from the beginning with an in depth understanding of how construction projects are executed.

Instantly display project specific construction documents
There is no directory structure to learn or maintain; the project navigator presents all documents in an easy to understand grid organized by trade and floor level. Everyone on the team is always working from the current document set and sees all of the latest markups and notes.

Immediately connect field staff to the entire project team
With internal messaging and an RFI to e-mail gateway, FAST DCMS allows for enhanced collaboration in the field. RFI creation and submission is streamlined to just a few clicks. DCMS has additional optimizations to enhance performance in the field on ruggedized, pen-enabled tablets.

Constantly record project issues for risk management

FAST DCMS allows team members to capture issues as they arise, marking up and annotating documents as part of a permanent record of the project. As-built conditions may be easily captured in the field as the project is constructed, with notes becoming part of the permanent documentation record; easing project close out.

Work where and when you need to

FAST DCMS does not require a constant internet connection. We know that many of our customers are on jobsites away from cell towers or wireless internet connections. DCMS will work all day in the field and sync up the next time internet access is available (typically in a job trailer or via a mobile broadband provider/card).
