FAST Bid™

FAST Bid™ is a bid management solution so that subcontractors and material suppliers may safely and securely access project documents for bidding. Drawings, specifications and addenda are uploaded to the FAST Bid™ system. Bidders download all the documents and only print what they need but are still responsible for the entire set.

A Look at FASTTAC DCMS

The FAST DCMS dashboard is the starting place for all project related activities. The dashboard is designed for ease of use to allow users to quickly access the part of the documentation set they need to work with - or to logout to access another project.

All documents are viewed and marked up using an easy to use interface. Common processes are streamlined to allow fast access to critical project information. Markups become part of the permanent record and are by default viewable by all team members

Intuitive navigation aids in rapidly moving around large document sets. Navigation between related sheets takes 2-3 clicks. Searching for any sheets in the system can be done quickly through either a visual browser, or using the quick jump feature.

The FASTTAC communicator facilitates collaboration with external team members, and tracks all RFI activity. The communicator also provides a mechanism to connect with partner solutions.
