FASTTAC provides a combination of consulting and implementation services to ensure a smooth and cost-effective deployment of FASTTAC solutions on each project.  The FASTTAC team includes an experienced group of industry professionals that work closely with the customer to address the unique requirements posed by each project/ customer environment.

FASTTAC Document Services involve preparing, organizing, indexing and loading the “contract set” of project drawings and documents into the FASTTAC SyncSet™.  These services also include loading ongoing updates to the “contract set” into the SyncSet throughout the life of the project as well as ongoing project administration and support.

FASTTAC Professional Services are provided to help setup a customized development of the FASTTAC system for each project.  Senior consultants work with the project leadership team to review business processes and workflows, develop a project implementation plan, train the project team, monitor usage and recommend adjustments as needed to achieve the project objectives.
