FASTTAC Professional Services are available to assist with your team's implementation of FASTTAC products.  Our team of industry professionals is able to assist with all aspects of your project's workflow issues, and can help to improve workflows through streamlined RFI's, bid process, updating documents, as well as a host of other assistance options.

Project Planning

We will work with your team in planning the most effective workflow for leveraging the FASTTAC platform within your current environment. It is our goal to make adopting FASTTAC DCMS or BID as seamless as possible, and this comes from our commitment to ensuring your success.  We have learned that no two FASTTAC customers use the product in precisely the same way as they adapt to the needs of their organization and project.  Implementing DCMS or BID early in a project helps to set the tone to maximize the system benefits as the project progresses.

Document Management

A FASTTAC Project Manager is assigned to all customers to assist with organizing and maintaining all documents in the SyncSet. All Project Managers are veterans of the construction industry, and leverage their extensive backgrounds to work with customers to achieve optimal results. After an initial consultation, your Project Manager will take responsibility for all tasks related to insert, updating and removing documents from the system as per your directions.

Unlike a traditional FTP or file sharing web site, the FASTTAC platform maintains complex interactions between documents to increase performance and help you to find information fast. Your Project Manager will help to simplify this process, and work with you to clarify objectives and optiomal workflow

FASTTAC Training

We like to think that FASTTAC DCMS and BID are so easy to use that most everyone can pick them up and use them within about five minutes!  However training is probably a good idea for most companies.  First and foremost training would get everyone on the team on the same page, and through our Professional Services group, we would integrate YOUR processes into the training session as much as possible.
