Ray Steeb
Founder, President and CEO

Ray Steeb, Founder, President and CEO of FASTTAC, has worked on this project from its inception when it began as a research project at Carnegie Mellon University.  Ray is a twenty-eight year veteran of the construction industry having been Vice President and General Manager of the Pittsburgh Office of Turner Construction Company and President of his own commercial construction and program management companies from 2002 to 2007.

Ray began his career in field supervision on projects ranging in value form $3 million to $150 million where he obtained various levels of project responsibility. He then moved into middle management where he had total responsibility for profit and loss at the project level.  Ray became the VP and General Manager of Turner’s Pittsburgh office in late 1997 where he took on P & L responsibility for the business unit.  This unique experience in field operations, project management and business unit leadership provides FASTTAC with the insight and guidance of an industry insider providing solutions that address the specific challenges and risks of the construction industry.

Ray’s considerable construction experience includes responsibility for projects such as the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, Pittsburgh, PA; One Mellon Bank Center, Pittsburgh, PA; UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA; Penn State University’s Information Science and Technology Center, State College, PA; Alcoa Corporate Headquarters, Pittsburgh, PA; O’Reilly Theater, Pittsburgh, PA; Federal Courthouse, Buffalo, NY; Buffalo Airport, Buffalo, NY; and Johnson and Johnson research facility, Rochester, NY.

Ray holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, a Professional Engineers License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business.

Peter R. Theis
Vice President of Product Management

Peter has been involved with FASTTAC product development on a part time basis since May of 2007.  He joined the team full time in June of 2008 after over 13 years of experience in the construction industry.  Trained as an Architect, Peter has nearly 20 years of experience integrating technology products in construction and design related businesses.  He worked as an Intern Architect at Brennan Beer Gorman/Architects in New York City, followed by over five years at Robert A.M. Stern Architects as Director of Technology. 

Peter's past experience includes sitting on the board of the National AEC/IT Leaders Roundtable, which represents over eighty of the most prominent forward thinking firms in the construction industry.  He was also the founder of the New York City AEC/IT Leaders Roundtable, and a former member of the AIA/NY Technology committee.  Peter earned a B.S. and a B.Arch in Architecture from Rensselaer (RPI) and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business where he was a James R. Swartz Entrepreneurial Fellow, and on the board of directors of the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Club.

Ralph D. Sansale
Vice President of Finance, CFO

Ralph has been involved with FASTTAC as an investor and CFO since mid 2007. He has worked in finance and small business start ups for over 25 years. Ralph worked for Chase Manhattan Bank, New York City and Pacific Mutual Life Insurance in California in areas related to US based construction companies, construction equipment manufacturers, industrial equipment manufacturers, electrical utilities, pipeline companies, banks, and other commercial enterprises.

Ralph's start up experience is in the Retail Food and Food Service Industries where he provided financial services and business leadership to several start ups and small businesses. Ralph holds a BS, Commerce and Engineering, Drexel University; MBA, Finance and Strategic Planning, University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

Larry A. Krueger
Vice President of Sales

Larry has a 30-year track record of building sales velocity for innovative products and technologies in large corporations and early stage companies in the IT industry. FASTTAC is Larry’s third start-up/early stage company where he is responsible for leading the company’s sales and business development efforts. Prior to joining FASTTAC in June 2008, Larry was Vice President of Channel Sales, Partner Management and Business Development with LogicLibrary,which was acquired by SOA Software in May 2008.

Larry’s background brings a wealth of sales, marketing, business development and partner management experience to FASTTAC. Past experiences have involved marketing and selling innovative computer-aided-design (CAD) and building modeling systems for McDonnell Douglas Information Systems Group, engineering document management systems while at FORMTEK, a division of Lockheed; and engineering document and scanners and imaging software for SCANGRAPHICS.  He also brings more than 15 years experience building worldwide distribution channels and business partnerships having worked closely with IBM, Microsoft and Texas Instruments. Larry is a proven leader with both entrepreneurial and operational skills and has a solid understanding of the issues, processes, and methodologies necessary to achieve higher levels of revenue. Larry holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
